Last updated 28 September 2026. This policy explains what personal information Northcode System Developers collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Northcode System Developers builds and maintains custom software for business clients. We are based in Laoag, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. When you contact us through this site, the relevant data controller is Northcode System Developers.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers. The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to type into the contact form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company or organisation name, if you provide one
• The system or service you are interested in
• Your message

The form also carries a CSRF token, a honeypot field used to reject automated submissions, and a hidden field reserved for optional spam checking. These are technical values, not personal information.

We use this information for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if the project proceeds, to prepare a proposal. We will not add you to a marketing list or pass your details to advertisers.

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted once we have replied and no further action is needed. Where an enquiry leads to a project, the correspondence is retained as a business record for as long as the client relationship lasts, and afterwards for the period required by Philippine tax and accounting rules.

We do not sell or rent your information. It is visible only to the people at Northcode System Developers who handle enquiries. We use third-party providers for hosting and email delivery, and those providers necessarily process the information needed to deliver their service. We do not use advertising or data-broker networks.

You may ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct anything inaccurate, or to have it deleted. You can do this by emailing us or calling +63 993 116 1723. We will act on the request within a reasonable period.

Contact form submissions are sent over encrypted HTTPS and stored in our application database. Access is limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we treat your information as confidential regardless.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Material changes affecting existing enquiries will be communicated directly.
