Terms of Service

Last updated 28 September 2026. These terms govern your use of this website. The software development services we perform are governed separately by the written agreement signed for each project.

You may browse this site and submit an enquiry through the contact form. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

The design, text, code and branding of this website belong to Northcode System Developers. You may view the site for your own business purposes. You may not copy or reuse substantial parts of it without written permission.

Information submitted through the contact form is an enquiry, not an order. Any pricing, timeline or scope mentioned in our reply is indicative until confirmed in a written proposal. A contract for a project is formed only when a proposal is accepted in writing.

For project work, ownership of the delivered source code and related materials transfers to the client on final payment, as stated in the applicable agreement. We retain ownership of any pre-existing libraries, frameworks or tools we contribute, and grant the client a perpetual licence to use them as embedded in the delivered system.

Projects can be delayed if we do not receive agreed information, approvals, access or materials. Any timeline we give assumes timely client feedback.

Support periods, response times and defect-fixing commitments are set out in the project agreement. Outside that agreement, this website is provided as is, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability of the contact form or any part of the site.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of Laoag City, Ilocos Norte have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
